Common questions

Can I use it on my phone and TV at the same time?

Yes, within the plan's device limit. Every device shows up in your account and you can remove the ones you no longer use.

How do I cancel?

In your account on the site. If you bought through a store, cancel in the App Store, Google Play or Amazon.

What if I don't like it?

If you bought on our website, you have 7 days from the charge to get a full refund, no reason needed. If you bought through a store, the store handles the refund.

Do I have to install it on every device?

Not necessarily: you can set it up on your router and cover everything on your network.
