Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms are

These terms govern your use of FortiSafe VPN — website, apps and network — provided by Tascom Global Network LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States (No. L17000240494), located at 13057 Gabor Ave, Orlando, FL 32827. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

FortiSafe creates an encrypted connection between your device and a server on our network, which is operated by a specialized provider. The list of countries and servers may change over time.

We work to keep the service always available, but interruptions may happen due to maintenance, third-party failures or causes beyond our control. We don't guarantee that any particular service — a bank, streaming platform or game — will accept VPN connections: many block them.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that email secure: whoever controls it controls the account.
• Each subscription allows the number of simultaneous devices stated in the plan. The account is personal and may not be resold.

4. Subscription, price and renewal

• Before you pay, you see the price, currency, billing period and any applicable taxes.
• If you pay with PIX, the period (monthly or annual) is paid upfront and doesn't renew on its own: to continue after it ends, you make a new payment. Nothing is charged unless you pay.
• If you pay with a credit card in reais, each period is paid upfront and renews automatically only if you choose, at checkout, to save the card for that.
• If you pay with an international card, your subscription renews automatically for the same period and the same amount in US dollars, on the same card, until you cancel. The renewal is charged on the date your paid period ends.
• For annual subscriptions with automatic renewal, we email you between 15 and 45 days before renewal.
• If a renewal charge is declined, we try again over the following days. If it isn't paid, your access ends at the end of the period already paid, and nothing else is charged.
• If the price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before you're charged the new price, and you can cancel before then.
• If you pay with PIX or a credit card in reais, you pay exactly the advertised price in reais: no IOF tax is added.
• If you pay with an international card, you're charged in US dollars (US$). Your card's bank may add taxes or fees and convert at its own rate; those are the bank's, not ours. On the payment page, the payment processor may offer to charge you in your local currency, converted by it: in that case, the local amount shown before you confirm is what you pay.
• On your international card statement, the charge shows as TASCOM GLOBAL NETWORK, the company that operates FortiSafe.
• Purchases made on the App Store, Google Play or Amazon also follow the store's billing and renewal rules.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, with no fee: in My account on our website or, if you bought through a store, in that store. Renewal stops, and the service keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you change your mind before it ends, you can turn renewal back on in the same place. With PIX there's no renewal to cancel: your access ends at the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use FortiSafe to:

• commit or facilitate crimes, fraud or scams;
• produce, obtain or distribute child sexual abuse material;
• send spam, spread malware or attack systems and networks, including denial-of-service attacks and unauthorized scanning;
• infringe copyright or other third-party rights;
• evade international sanctions;
• resell the service, use the account beyond its device limit or deliberately overload the network.

Some countries restrict VPN use. You are responsible for complying with the law where you use the service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, a legal order, or a risk to the network or to other customers. Whenever possible and permitted, we give notice first and explain why.

If we close your account without any breach on your part, we refund the unused portion of your subscription.

8. What a VPN doesn't do

• It doesn't make you anonymous: sites you sign in to still know who you are.
• It doesn't protect you from malware, phishing messages or fake websites.
• It doesn't stop the service you use from recording what you do there.

9. Liability

We provide the service with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for damages related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event. This limit doesn't apply to willful misconduct, gross negligence, or rights that consumer protection law in your country doesn't allow to be restricted.

10. App and brand

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps while your subscription is active. The brand, software and website content belong to Tascom Global Network LLC or its licensors.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

If you are a consumer living in Brazil, the European Union or any other country whose law grants rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights still apply — including the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We email you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then at no cost.

Correction of September 15, 2026, in version 1.4: the pricing section said charges in reais could include IOF tax. They don't — you pay exactly the advertised price. Because this correction only benefits you, it applies right away.

Version 1.5, published on September 18, 2026: describes the website's payment methods — PIX, credit card in reais and international card in US dollars — and how each one renews, charges and shows on your statement. These rules apply from publication to purchases made from then on, because you see and accept them at checkout; nothing changes for existing subscriptions.
